How enquiry data is used
Contact enquiries
The contact form asks for name, email and message, with phone and company optional. We use these details only to answer your enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list. The message goes to igor@nexusagents.mk.
Website analysis
Email and consent to this notice are required before a result. The website address you enter is analysed, including through Google PageSpeed Insights. Email, address and consent reach igor@nexusagents.mk as an analysis enquiry, so we can discuss the findings with you. The result appears on screen; no report is emailed automatically. Do not enter a private address or one containing sensitive parameters.
For the agent readiness check, our Worker opens the home page of the site you enter, plus its robots.txt and llms.txt, read only. Your answer about how fast you reply to enquiries is optional and arrives together with the analysis enquiry.
Services that carry the data
- Cloudflare: hosts the website and processes the forms through a Worker.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: protection against automated requests, using a token and the technical data the check needs.
- FormSubmit: carries the message to our email inbox.
- Google PageSpeed Insights: analyses the website address, for analysis enquiries only.
- Google Workspace: the email service where messages are kept.
- Metricool: statistics on visits to the website.
The Worker code does not log form contents and uses no database or other storage. These services may keep their own technical records.
Retention
Contact and analysis enquiries are kept for 90 days after the last communication, then deleted by hand. Enquiries that become projects move to a separate project record with its own retention period.
Your rights
Under the Macedonian Law on Personal Data Protection you have the right to access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to igor@nexusagents.mk; we reply within one month at the latest. If you believe your data is not processed lawfully, you can file a request with the Personal Data Protection Agency.
